WHY US?
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
To meet the challenges of environmental sustainability, IRT uses ReTekŪ, the result of a patented melting process that uses 100% Polyolefin-based industrial waste and #1 through #7 post-consumer plastic. Its material source comes from food grade material. Our products are free of toxic byproducts, and any waste that we generate is recycled through our own processes.
IRT's manufacturing processes and product solutions can support the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED Rating System criteria as well as pass the GREENGUARD Certification Criteria for TVOC, formaldehyde, and total aldehyde emission levels.
100% RECYCLED PLASTIC
IRT has the unique capability of utilizing 100% recycled plastic and compression molding for the manufacturing of our components. Other molding processes, such as injection molding and vacuum forming, only use a small percentage of post-industrial "regrind" in their process.
PACKAGING RECYCLED
IRT supports recycling through the return and reuse of all of its own finished goods packaging, which not only helps to reduce landfill waste, but also helps to reduce manufacturing gcosts normally passed on to the customer.
