Inspection Criteria

Davidson Plyforms is committed to meeting or exceeding the expectations of its customers. We are employing ISO 9002 standards as a vehicle to help satisfy this commitment. "Inspection Criteria" is the ISO term for standards that a given product must meet or exceed. All products manufactured by Davidson Plyforms must at least meet the "Standard Inspection Criteria" outlined in the technical bulletins below. Final inspection criteria are always subject to review and changes.

In addition to standard inspection criteria, certain products may have additional criteria that are determined mutually by the customer and Davidson during the development process. The need for additional criteria may be required by one or more of the following factors:

  • Tolerances of mating components
  • Fastening hardware and methods
  • Upholstery method
  • Upholstery materials
  • Strength requirements
  • Structural support of attached components
